Forgot Password
First Login Instruction
- The user name is the member number
- Type in your New Temporary Password, which is your last name in lower case.
Example: John Doe, member number, 0123. (zero, one, two, three)
Username: 0123
Password: doe
Once you login, please update your password by following the on-screen instructions.
As per the password policy, your new password should contain minimum 6 characters, one uppercase/lowercase and at least one number should be used.
